Fun, wellbeing and connection are what these 90 minute community sessions are all about.
In joining us, you can expect to:

  • laugh openly and freely without the use of jokes, humour or comedy

  • release stress and tension, feel relaxed and happy

  • connect with positive emotions, yourself and others

WHAT IS LAUGHTER WELLNESS?

A mindful practice designed to boost and sustain positive energy and spark laughter. Sessions include rhythmic, laughter and breathing exercises, plus exercises to create positive energy and emotions (such as gratitude, pride, acceptance, love). We end with a laughter meditation and grounding exercise, moving from that excited high to that blissful buzz.

Sessions typically leave participants feeling relaxed, energised and empowered with tools to activate more positive ways of thinking, feeling and being.

Our sessions will end with a social cup of tea

- a smile that lasts well beyond the session

- improved immune function, blood circulation and sleep

- more mental clarity, calm and creativity, AND MORE... 

THE SCHEDULE
8:50am arrival for 9:00am start **
Please allow ample time for parking. Parking is available across the road in Pittwater Place (3hrs free) or on Darley Street or Taronga Place (see signs for time limits).
9:00am-10:15am - Laughter Wellness
Laugh, breathe, build positive emotions, release stress & tension
10:15am-10:30am - Tea & connection
Enjoy a social cuppa and a chat with those you’ve just shared a laugh with


WHAT DO I NEED?

  • A mat or towel to lie on at the end

  • A water bottle

WHAT DO I WEAR?

Anything comfortable for you is encouraged, as well as any colours, patterns or accessories that help you to feel fun and expressive. Keep in mind that we may jump, move around, lie down, bend down, reach up etc. - make sure you can move freely without revealing more than you’d like to!

WHO'S RUNNING THE SESSION?

I'm Bianca Spears, a Transformation Coach & Laughter Leader. My work helps people to remember, reconnect to and better use the tools they were born with - their minds, bodies and energy.

Known across the globe for my laughter work, I've helped thousands of people to create freedom in their minds, bodies and lives. My unique and dynamic "NeuroPLAYstic" approach brings together years of experience and training in Laughter Yoga, Laughter Wellness, Laughnosis, Quantum Play, Somatic Bodywork, Solution-Focused Coaching, Intuitive Coaching, Applied Neuroplasticity, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

What does that mean for you? You're in good hands - you can relax, have a great time AND be transforming your health, wellbeing and mind while you do so!

FAQ's

If I am injured or unable to stand/exert lots of energy, is this for me?

Due to the size of the venue, there will not be much space for sitting. If you require this, please contact bianca@biancaspears.com to make arrangements before booking.

What if I have never done laughter wellness or laughter yoga before?

That's perfect and you are SO welcome here... and my guess is that you won't be the only one! These sessions suit first-timers, experienced laughter professionals and anyone in-between.

Can I bring my children?

You can absolutely book in and bring your child/ren, and it is wonderful to see parents and grandparents join and laugh with their children. All children must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) throughout the session. Due to the size of the venue and the nature of this community event, anyone coming along should have a ticket and be involved - there’s not space for sitting on the side lines.
